Buy this product most toothbrushes they just vibrate like the Bluey character, toothbrush but this sonic toothbrush, the top part of the toothbrush actually spins when you press the power button, so it helps the child brush their teeth

Worth it!
Very cute toothbrush, and my kid loves the ninja turtle cover; only reason I gave four stars is because I feel the head of the brush is a little too big/wide for a small kids (toddler age 2) mouth. But I love the brand and all the characters they offer at such reasonable prices.

does not rotate
Despite the arrows pointing in a circular direction on the box, the head of this toothbrush doesn't actually rotate. When you turn it on, the head of the toothbrush just vibrates. Misleading packaging. I will be sticking with the Oral-B kid youth toothbrush.
