Firesticks Pencil Cactus - Euphorbia - 2 pack 2" pots - Hard to kill

This is the first time I decided to buy and care for the Firestick Pencil Cactus plants. It looks so strange that I just had to see it and buy it. It's really odd but I like it and very little up keep and watering.

Arrived packaged perfectly. healthy plants. very pleased. I have ordered 2 additional plants since then. A white Pampas Grass and a stonecrop. All plants doing well.

Apparently I misread the description and thought I'd just ordered one plant so was surprised to receive 2 (but yes, I ordered qty 1, but it was qty = 1 x 2 pack. One plant looks great, the other didn't fare so well in shipping all the leaves except for the baby baby new growth at the top fell off during shipping or within a day of arrival. It's a bit disappointing, but I had thought I'd only ordered one plant anyway so maybe it's not a "real" loss?

Unfortunately due to very cold weather the 2 pencil plants did not make it to me before being mostly frozen dead. I do take blame where it lays on me for ordering plants during a “polar freeze”. I cut the dead parts off, which were 90% of each plant. As you can see by the picture attached at least I have hope for one little stem!!! 🤞 The bag inside by the plants to keep them warm - might have worked if delivered on time; delay after delay - probably not helpful. I am NOT complaining about the delays; in fact, I'm not complaining at all. I thank those who drove during the freeze to get the plants to me. Everyone's time and effort is appreciated.
