I've only had it for a week but I've put a lot of miles on this bike. So far it's been great

Love love love the bike ! The pink is darker in person more of a pink purple but I still love it ! Rides great and has a comfy seat worth the money and easy to put together !

I LOVE the smooth ride of this bike! My other bikes were harder to pedal and to maneuver, but the Urban Lady is so easy to ride. It's beautiful, comfortable, and made very well.

Ordering and pick up were easy. assembly was easy. Box was not damaged. But the wheels are not True, meaning they wobble when you spin them. The bike is rideable, and rides comfortable. But we called Firmstrong as it should never have left their factory this way. Customer service was very helpful, suggested we take it to a bike shop to get the wheels set True and they would reimburse us. This costs about $20 per wheel. Now we are hoping we really get reimbursed. The bike is very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. Just wish it arrived perfect from the factory.

Bike was purchased as a Christmas gift. Husband said very easy to assemble - done within 20 minutes. When I saw it Christmas am........I thought color was darker and it didn't look quite right. He had assembled a "boys bike" in a Royal Blue color. He ordered a "womens" bike in baby Blue. Those details on the box were covered by shipping information.....so he didn't see prior to assemble. Returns: He had to disassemble the bike (thankful he kept the original shipping box). Wait list for the womens bike is 6-8 weeks. Bought through Wal-Mart but outsourced thru "Wayfair" (same cost on their website).......but couldn't be returned to Wal-Mart.... only return via shipping back to Wayfair. Wayfair warehouse screwed this up - not Wal-Mart.
