Surprised at how nice it turned out. Came as deflated and tightly wrapped boxed bundle that blew up into shape. Looks exactly as pictured in the photo. Will work well in area we planned for second bedroom guests

Easiest couch to put together and is extremely comfortable!

The couch is a nice material and colour. Once the parts were ready the assembly was a breeze. However, it is about an inch and a half shorter than listed. Just know that if you buy this you will probably be sitting a lot closer to the floor than you might be used to. We also replaced the screws that came with it as they were only just long enough to use but with pressure easily stripped out. It is easily remedied with longer screws.

Very low couch. The screws kept coming off no matter how hard they're screwed in.

I ordered two of these. both of them have one cushion that is longer than the other and one of them was missing the hardware that keeps them from sliding... I contacted the seller and they sent me one replacement couch which was also lopsided and the inside is made of noticeably cheaper material.. I let them know and they told me to just combine the cushions and make one long couch and one short couch.... seriously? I didn't order two different size couches. I want matching couches. If I wanted that, I would have just swapped the original two. Best part, the replacement couch had hardware with no holes.... so here I am, with three couches, only one of which has all the hardware and now two correct sized cushions. After a week of back and forth, I have been sent new hardware and gotten sassy emails back about the cushion length. They literally replied "mm-hmm, we'll be in touch". That's the last email I got regarding the original issue. I haven't heard back since. The worst part of this whole experience is that I love how the one good couch feels and looks. These could be amazing couches if they had better quality control.

The sides are very difficult to handle . The design is not good and the two pieces of mattress are unstable together to become a sofa and side handles are pretty much useless
