This commercial fire extinguisher is a quality item! Sound construction and good, clear, and practical use instructions and mounting bracket come with the extinguisher itself.

The size and operation seem fine. I just don't like the mounting location. I wish it was off the body of the extinguisher rather than up top where you can only mount it in one direction.

Very poorly packaged. They used a bigger box than necessary to ship the item but didn't add enough padding to the box so the fire extinguisher was tossed around inside. The smaller box that the fire extinguisher was in look dated, as in the colors were fading. It was squished on one end and had two quarter size holes in different places on it. The exterior of the box had perforations and one end was significantly squished. I will be returning it as I have zero faith that it is not damaged. .

This fire extinguisher is too heavy for octogenarians and I need to return the two i bought, but i keep getting a run around from Walmart.
