Packed well in box
Plant was pretty dry and a little wilted, but not terrible. I watered it immediately and it has perked up. Good thing it arrived when it did and not a couple of more days. Otherwise it's about a foot tall, it has leaves, but no blooms which I did not expect yet, and appears healthy.

One ninebark arrived dead
One of the bushes arrived with very few live branches on it and only a few leaves. I tried to revive it without luck. The other plant I ordered is very healthy and thriving. It doesn't make sense to ship back a dead plant. Can I get my money back or a new plant?
