The instructions could have been better, but overall it wasn't too hard to put together.... just time consuming....the bushings on the adjustable height bar did not fit correctly so we ended up leaving them off, otherwise we are very happy with the product.
My kids love this hoop. It took a little bit of time to set up, but that was expected. I love that it’s easy to raise and lower for the desired height.
It's perfect for it is/cost. When I first received it the back board had a crack in it but I contacted customer service %26 they were great, sent them some pics %26 they were very fast at replacing the whole thing without returning the original one.
It’s good but the tape on the backboard is difficult to get off. We haven’t had it more than 3 months and it’s already starting to get rusty on the pole.
Box damaged and easy to assemble. unfortunately after getting the whole hoop together noticed the rim is bent up. contacted walmart who wanted either wiole item brought to store or shipped back ao a replacment could be sent out. Ill just try to bend it out myself, dont have a way to get it back to store or fedex now.
Too cheap for the price, if I could return it I would. Bought it for a Christmas present and just put it together. Filled it with water and sand and it fell over twice already. Save your money.
Horrible experience! Package was completely destroyed. I refused to accept the order on Dec 8 and still haven’t received a refund. Made numerous calls to Walmart customer service about the situation and to date Dec 23 no refund. The fact that I never accepted the item, they know they have the item (and I don’t), and I’m still not refunded is just mind boggling.
Was assembly wrong. Can not get help from either Walmart or Angi. I want someone else to come assemble it correctly and I want a refund of my $185. This was a Christmas present for my grandkids. They have yet had the ability to play with it. That’s 10 days ago. I will never buy a product that needs assembly from Walmart or use Angi service again. I will also be reconsidering my Walmart account. And only shopping rarely at your store. I will go back to HEB grocery store and Amazon.
Directions to build are horrible . Handle to higher/lower backboard is hard to press …springs keep coming off , backboard is cheap , base is small , poles are thin and cheap …I feel this court is very over priced
