Fischer & Wieser Whole Lemon Fig Marmalade, 10.5 oz

This is a wonderful marmalade with a solid fig flavoring. The addition of the lemon adds a subtle dimension to an already tasty spread. It works well as an accompaniment to a cheese and cracker charcuterie board - especially with aged white cheddar as it balances out the flavor. I've also used it in puff pastry pinwheels with bacon. I'm sure it's also lovely on toast, but I haven't tried it like that yet. If you enjoy figs, you'll like this one. There are small bits of chunks in it which some may not like, so it is worth mentioning. Enjoy!

This is jam is so delicious with everything, but my favorite mix is Wheat Thins with mozzarella cheese melted then slathered in this jam. So Good! This jam has a deep but sweet flavor with a hearty texture not too tangy from the lemon. Seriously for the complex at heart.

I enjoy a good marmalade and wanted to give this one a shot. It's got a nice rich fig flavor, with the bitter notes from orange peel that I love in a marmalade. Lemon juice rounds it out with a great tartness. The texture can be a bit goofy; it's hard to spread on toast due to the irregular cut of the figs. Otherwise highly recommended!!

When I read the ingredients, I knew this would be special, and I wasn't wrong. The ingredients are 100% real, and I've never had a marmalade this good. It's such a rare find that I bought out the rest. If this comes back in stock and you get a chance, try this marmalade.

This was my first time trying lemon fig marmalade, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The key word on the label is "pour." Expect to use a spoon, not a knife. We added ours to beef and cheese burritos with tomato salsa one day and green sauce the next. Both were good. It's a bit sweet for this dish, but a good serving of pepper hid that. I had no idea I'd love the taste of fig with my meat, cheese and salsa(s). Family loves it too. For a family of three, it only lasted 3 meals (using heaping tablespoons). Plan accordingly.

So delicious. Naturally sweet. A delightful change up to homemade waffles, sourdough English muffins and glaze for fruit galette

I love figs! Better yet, I really really love this jam! It makes any type of bread taste miraculous (LOL)!! I highly recommend this jam!!!

We poured these preserves over softened cream cheese and served it with crackers. What a delicious snack!

now I love figs and lemons and I especially love marmalade jelly but this marmalade was not good it left a taste in my mouth that until I brushed my teeth after eating it nothing taste good it was not good at all would not recommend this
