Fischer's Ready To Eat Pickled Rope Bologna 40 oz Serving Jar

My Mom and Dads family are from appalachia and whenever we stopped at a little store we would get a pop, chunck of Pickle Dog (that what we called it) and a pack of crackers, hmhmhm

Pickle bologna is a is an acquired taste. I'm not crazy about it, but my daughter is and that's who I got it for. Wish it was easier to find closer to home, but it is what it is

I like that they packed them really good so they would not break. wonderful snack. can't complain

Still the same it's been good since I was a kid!

I've probably ordered this item 20 times in the last six months and out of the 20 times it's only got to me about six times due to the way it's packaged by Walmart and it always is damaged. It always leaks. You can order this from Amazon as its package perfect it's never damaged and never leaks. Unfortunately, it's just more expensive there. I've called and complained a couple different times. They told me they were going to handle it with FedEx, however I don't think it's FedEx's issue. It's the way Walmart package is it so when you order this just be prepared not to get it. And every single time that it is damaged, I have to call them. They just sent me an email saying that my package was delayed. If I wouldn't call them nothing would get done about it. I would've never gotten a refund.

Jar had leaked but was mostly contained by the plastic bag they shipped it in. Quality of the product was even worse. Literally nothing like what I grew up eating.  The texture was WAY off. Its supposed to have a good bite/chew to it and what I got today was a soft, mushy mess with the texture of a ripe peach.  Not worth saving. Returning product.

Was delivered in a zip lock bag with seal on jar broken. Liquid had leaked out on packaging. I contacted Wal-Mart, but they had no response. I wasn't about to eat the bologna since seal had been pilfered with. i should have received a refund from Wal-Mart. Dont buy this!!!!!!!
