Some Quirks but Great Appliance

Norm August 13, 2025

My previous Fisher & Paykel lasted 16 years. I decided to replace it after it failed with the same brand/type. It gets dishes clean even when fully loaded. Some minor quirks: it's great it connects to an app, but in order to access start, cycle, etc you have to hold one of the buttons in - this kinda defeats the purpose of accessing the dishwasher via your phone. The small tray for dishwasher packets is in an odd, not easy to access place. The silverware basket comes apart but putting it back together can be tricky. The collapsible rack has the most confusing brackets that literally took days for me to figure out. As I said, these issues are minor. The unit is quiet, performs well, and looks great.

LOVE my new Fisher & Paykel dish drawers

Danielle S March 10, 2026

Repeat customer here. I bought my Series 7 dish drawers to replace those that were installed when my home was built almost 20 years ago. They are incredibly quiet and do a great job cleaning our dishes and utensils. Really like the clean lines of this model.

7 Series ADA version is perfect for disabled

Jimmy P December 24, 2025

The single dishdrawer was the best choice for a small kitchen in an apartment designed for a disabled older person. It is very easy to load and unload, standing or sitting in a wheelchair. The small drawer works so much better than a pull down door that is near the floor and blocks access to the front of the dishwasher.

Efficient dishwasher

Bauernfeind July 17, 2025

A nice and compact dishwasher that works even with the most difficult dirty dishes. And talk about quiet, whisper quiet I'd call it. A very efficient and compact dishwasher

Cleans well.

Redjan January 7, 2026

I like the drawer dishwasher and the ease of loading it. I just wish I could put the second pull down shelf low enough to hold glasses and coffee mugs. I think it only holds cooking utensils. My old dishwasher held a lot more glasses and mugs which I really liked. Other than that, the dishwasher works well and cleans dishes just fine.

Need a way to know the cycle is finished

RondaC October 30, 2025

I love drawer dishwashers, however, when the cycle is complete there is no way of knowing that the dishes are clean. The older models had 00 on the screen to indicate that a cycle was complete.

Dishwasher drawers

Angie Q September 14, 2025

Dishwasher is quite and works well. I wish that there was a “finished” light that let me know dishes are clean because I can't remember if I air easy ran it half the time.

Our third unit from this company

cas2025 May 15, 2025

This is our third single-drawer unit. We've had to replace it every 8 or 9 years but I believe that is about standard for the life of a dishwasher. There are only a couple of manufacturers who make a single-drawer so not many options but we are pleased enough with the unit. One thing that could be improved. The filter is easy to clean but it has two parts and to screw it back in sometimes takes a few tries.

Things ar fine

Harry Feltwick October 2, 2025

We upgraded our 19 year old unit with a new one. We like the digital readout and cycle performance as well as the stainless front. We don't necessarily like the new layout of the drawer racks, the old one was better! If the fold down shelves were adjustable for height, that would be a great feature!

Not The Dishwasher It Once Was

Lisa S May 10, 2025

I am sad, sad sad that the design of this dishwasher was changed. Our other model was a breeze to rinse out the filter and seemed to have more capacity. Our dinner plates no longer fit comfortably and the extra shelves seem smaller. Plus the little shelf on the cutlery holder for dishwasher pods is so cuddly, it is impossible to snap back in. And hope is eco wash 30 minutes longer than the old model? FP, If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
