Terrible
Never will I ever order from a 3rd party( Fanatics) on Wal-Mart.com again. Returns are a nightmare. I returned the item per their instructions which included printing a return label and mailing it back through USPS. Several weeks later and now I don't have the product or a refund. I have tried multiple times to contact the 3rd party(Fanatics) and have not been able to talk to a real person. I have tried the live chat online and that didn't help either as it said I needed to talk to a customer service agent and when you call anytime it says no one is available and to use the online chat. Buyer beware of buying any products from Fanatics through Wal-Mart.com
