Fisher-Price Wooden Coffee to Go Set, 15-Piece Cafe Shop Playset Toddler, Ages 3-5 Years

My granddaughter LOVES IT! We were served “Starbucks” and “pizza” (her other wooden play set) and she had a blast! It's durable and easy to handle for most 2 and 3 year olds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putting a modern spin on the classic tea party, the Fisher-Price® Wooden Coffee To Go Set was a wonderful addition to my child's play food shelves for pretend play. He likes to use the set to mimic pouring coffee and serving it to family and friends. In the morning, it's adorable watching him carry his cup around before we leave for work and school. The cups are thick and made from a solid wood that can handle falls and are sanded down smoothly for safety and aesthetics. They are the perfect size for my three-year-old's hands. It comes with two little cylinders to pretend to pour cream and add sugar alongside a spoon to stir. While we prepare our coffee in the morning, he can follow along with us without the mess. The cookies are cute and fun to pretend to dunk into the cups. The little cardboard coffee sleeves are a nice touch for realism. These are good quality cups that can handle repeated play without showing much, if any, wear and tear. In addition to its pleasant appearance, the coffee set has been a useful toy in role playing at home. We've used this toy to model greetings, requests, turn-taking, and showing gratitude. He likes to both pretend to make and serve us coffee as well as order coffee from us. It has been a fun way to practice interpersonal skills and social norms. One downside is that the tray that holds the items is made from cardboard, so it does not hold up to repeated use. We substituted a disposable tray from a local coffee shop so he can continue to practice carrying multiple drinks. Regardless, I think the Fisher-Price® Wooden Coffee To Go Set is a staple play food item and would make a great gift for birthdays and holidays.

Cute product that I bought for grandkids who love getting coffee with Nana. Now they get to make me coffee, they were so excited to get it and love playing with it. Sturdy and wooden.

Looked well made - the colours were bright - overall really thought it was cute (marshmallows were a little big for the cups)

The product itself is nice, wish the tray was more than cardboard. Small rip in the cookie slot now it slides in everytime my toddler puts it in. Otherwise it's been great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cups, spoon, and cookies are adorable! They are a perfect size for my little's hands and seem like they will last a long time. The wooden parts all seem high quality and like effort was put into their design. That being said, the cardboard tray and cup rings are a poor choice. The try ripped immediately while attempting to insert the cookies into their place. A child will destroy the cardboard components in moments. In all, a good toy with some minor flaws.

I had high hopes for this. It was disappointing to find out the lids barely stay on. If your child tilts it at all to pretend to drink it, it will fall off. The cardboard carrying tray is cute but the first time I went to gently put everything in it the cookie spot immediately ripped. We originally thought the marshmallows were drinks for inside the cups but they don't fit all the way inside of them and either way the lids don't fit at all with them in it. I bought this on sale and even then it seems to be priced higher than it's worth. I wish I would've went with a different one.

The tray is super thin cardboard and tore when it was being set up. The marshmallows are almost as big as the cups which are teeny tiny. It's usually $26.99, I purchased it on sale for $16.99 but I wouldn't pay more than $5 for this a that's being generous. I wish I had just bought an all wooden set.

I really wanted to love this as my kids love to talk about having “coffee”. However before we ever even got to play with the tray the holders for the cookies were broken and now the cookies just fall to the bottom. The cup holders do not stay on and I do not think they will last getting picked up with the rest of the kitchen toys. We love wooden kitchen food but for the price I expected more from this set.
