Fiskars 28" Chopping Axe Ultra-Sharp Blade for Kindling with Ease 3.5 pounds, Black

I used this axe for about two weeks and used it for splitting wood and chopping down trees. The head is weighted nicely and the handle is strong, smooth and lightweight. The protective cover secures the axe nicely and provides a handle when not in use. I keep this in my truck at all times and it has come in really handy!

I have been looking for a perfect axe for to help me in cleaning up old trees, branches and stumps. Fiskars 28” chopping axe was just what I needed. This axe is the perfect size, perfect weight and balanced. It has made my spring chores a lot easier. The sharp head, cuts through the wood with ease. I also love the fact that this axe doesn't wear me out as like others I have tried. If your looking for a comfortable axe to help with those spring time chores you found it. I would highly recommend this axe.

You cant imagine the quality of what this axe puts out, it proves "dont judge a book by its cover". You dont have to struggle or go full force. Its not that heavy so its easy to swing and won't tire you so quickly. It was nice to let out a little rage of some fire log for a simple campfire out back for the evening. I recommend this for anyone that has a fire pit and dont want anything crazy laying around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that this one is pretty light weight on the handle and heavy on the chopping end. Makes short work of what I need around the yard and is easy to store and carry. Definitely recommend for small jobs. Might even work for bigger ones.

Had a great feel in your hand an be comfortable grip. Pretty smart to cut through pretty quick without tons of effort. Seems sturdy and likely to hold an edge for a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every man needs an ax or hatchet. The only issue I have had with this ax is the handle seems so cheaply made. I'm not at all a fan of the handle. I have used it and it's sharp which is great. With every use I feel like the handle is going to break. Axs and hatchets are an investment I will say, a bit more then anyone wants to pay. This one sharp wise is great but handle for me is a no go.

I had thie 28" hoping axe given to me as a gift. And the handle by the head had broken a chunk out of it.and there warranty will not cover it unless I send it back to them.
