Fiskars 28-inch Lopper with Forged Steel Blade and SoftGrip Handle

The Fiskars looper worked great cutting down a very small tree, It remained sharp when I cut down a rose bush. I would recommend the Fiskars looper it worked good on the tasks.

These are very nice. They cut well and I think will stand up good to heavy use.

I bought these for my mom for Christmas. She uses them throughout the year. They are really easy to use always use gloves when you're trimming your bushes.

The Fiskars Lopper is heavy duty, has a forged steel blade that should stay sharp longer, and can cut a large branch than most others. It also comes with a lifetime warranty and the price was very good.

Fiskars is the best for trimming around my yard

I have always been happy with my Fiskars gardening pruners and loppers. After almost 16 years I retired my original lopper upon receiving the new lopper. Not much had changed over the years. The design is almost identical. These cut my Chinese fan palms and other plants like butter. I have cut crepe myrtle limbs over 1 1/2 inches, its not always easy but the long handles gives you leverage. The lopper itself is not too heavy for a woman to handle, the 22" long arms provide good leverage. The handles have non slip textured grips. The title is misleading as the total overall length, including the blades is 28". The only negative is that the blades are part of the tools arms so they are not replaceable. I believe some models allow the blades to be replaced. I use my loppers just a few times a month. The old loppers were dull and had been for some time, but still worked. Hoping to get another 16 years out of this set. I keep them sprayed with silicone or WD 40 so that they are easy to use. Fiskars offer a reliable and affordable brand of gardening products that come with a full lifetime warranty.

The Fiskars Forged Looper were a little tight to begin with - but spraying with a little lubricant took care of that. These loopers are very easy to use - we have lots of Crepe Myrtle sprouts that pop up in our shrubs - easy to cut out with these loopers. The cut on the branches is clean and the loopers are very sharp. I like that it has a lifetime warranty - they are top quality!!

This is a nice pruner but these worked better over all for everything I needed. I needed it to prune my rose bushes, cut sticker bushes, and brush. We live in the country so we have a lot to cut. So far I have trimmed one of my rose bushes and it worked just fine. The blades are sharp, they cut clean. They are very easy to cut and feel good in your hands. They seem to be made of good long lasting parts. I feel these are a great pair of loppers. They have a good grip. I recommend this.

I am very pleased with this 28" angle head lopper from Fiskars. I already have two of the loppers in shorter lengths, and have been pleased with my prior two purchases. These newest Fiskars do not dissapoint. With the longer arms, angled head, and grips on the handles, I am able to reach higher and further without needing a ladder, and the angle head allows for cuts that the straight head loppers do not. These loppers are lightweight enough that when on the ladder, I am able to cut higher into trees and cut limbs that otherwise would be out of my reach. They perforrm to the standards of the Fiskars brand that I have trusted for years. I definitely recommend these for personal and professional use. I did not find anything about these Fiskars loppers that I did not like, except maybe that I stayed outside working longer because these were doing such a great job at cleaning up the trees of dead branches and the flowers and bushes of the dead growth.
