Fiskars 6" Non-stick Micro-tip Garden Pruning Shears, Orange and Black

I use these shears for pruning dead flowers from plants. The blades are very sharp and cut cleanly. The shears are easy to lock, unlock and clean. This tool is lightweight and fits well in my hand.

These are PERFECT. I bought some other shears because it said they could cut an inch thick. I have palm trees indoors and the branches are thick so for pruning I thought those would be perfect. But they were 2 feet long and just uncontrollable for what I needed. I felt more like a butcher than a plant trimmer. I saw these and purchased them. They are small which is what I wanted but it didn't say the thickness it could cut. And I was worried about if small shears would be able to cut the dwarf indoor palm branches. To my surprise they DO cut through even an inch thick branch though it doesn't say that. These were so easy to maneuver and it has a lock switch for safety AND it has a tip cover also for safety which I really like. These are perfect for what I need. So if your worried that you'll have to get gigantic shears made more for like butchering cattle than trimming a plant you won't. These will do the job and with double safety features which I love. 100% satisfied. And I highly recommend them.

I have used Fiskars tools in all shapes and sizes. They last a very long time. Comfortable to use and clean up easily.

It's a good little tool for trimming and deadheading plants. This tool is not for use on thick canes/branches.

Not as good as the ones i bought from my local nursery 20 years ago but about 2x better than the Scotts version they are selling at the local discount chain.

These pruning shears are much smaller than anticipated not sure what you can prune with these! Unfortunately I had to return. I've always been a fan of Fiskars and these may work great for some projects such as crafting. However, I can't see pruning much of anything with these other than maybe succulents and house plants.
