Finally got these after two (2) months... didn't think I was getting them (Walmart even refunded me in November of last year...) These are nothing short of what I expect from Fiskars. They are built well, super sharp and cut through pretty much anything. The grip is super comfortable, even when cutting through thick stuff like cardboard. I highly recommend these for those who need a heavy-duty pair of scissors to cut through not your everyday items (that's what your normal pair of scissors are for...)
These are the best scissors I have ever held in my hand. Both blades are full-tang, and my hand actually fits in the grips, unlike an average pair of XXL gloves. No tiny, stupid thumb hole. These scissors are made for a tradesman with big hands, who needs one pair of scissors in the tool box that can accurately cut stitches out, or trim sheet metal. Would I buy them again, not likely, I'm confident they'll outlive me. But I highly recommend them for anyone that has a toolbox.
Sharp and cuts clean handle fits well not to small and works well for doing heavy duty cuts like rope and leather
super sharp and most of all? My wife loves them for her work in the kitchen 😉
These are very durable and work really well for cutting heavy gasket material
They make perfect cuts
Using these for years as a landscape gardener. They are awesome.
Good sturdy scissor shears a bit bulky with handle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are sharp and get the job done, but make sure not to use them on plants that are too woody (i.e. late stage sage), because you have to exert a lot of pressure to cut through them, and I ended up pinching myself in between the handles and that was not pleasant.
I wish I could have given 5 stars because they are easy to use (especially with a hard cast on my dominant thumb and hand, BUT there is a little pin that holds the locking clamp in place that falls out very easily. Even if you can find the pin, it is very difficult to get it reattached. Otherwise these worked perfectly.
