[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the perfect all around pair of scissors, they are sharp and slim enough to do precise cuts but still having a long enough blade to cut large swaths of fabric. The ratcheting spring is very comfortable and I can imagine if your thumb or hand gets sore from traditional scissors that these would be much better for the longevity of your hands during a project.

These scissors are great when you are working with fabric. They also have a micro-tip witch makes cutting out seams, cutting out stitches, cutting intricate details and tight patterns, or fitting in tight spaces easy. They fit comfortably in your hand and have a nice spring action. There's a blade lock for safe storage. And they also have a full lifetime warranty!

They are very easy to use because they are designed to help you with the ability to cut. I very much enjoy these over regular sewing scissors because I can use my hand to control them and not just my fingers. Plus, there is no getting your fingers stuck in the scissor hole.

You can lock them closed in place so they don't get dull banging around in storage, and you can lock/unlock them with one hand. The spring pushes them open, and they fit perfectly and comfortable in the hand. Excellent little scissors.

I was happy to be able to give these a try, because we use micro tip scissors very often in our home. We are plant people, so they make it easier to trim small areas and spots so you aren't damaging the plant, but we find ourselves using them for more than just our plants. Whenever we need scissors we tent to grab for our fine tip ones. Our current one (not Fiskars) is hard to cut with because it latches mid cut, etc. These Fiskars scissors are much better and I will continue to use these going forward! Cleanly cuts, is sharp, and latches nicely when done using. So convenient to have.

I know they're technically supposed to be for fabric but I use them on my plants! I love that you're able to lock them when they're not in use, they're definitely quite sharp. I'm able to have precise cuttings and not have to worry about my plants being ruined. I highly recommend, for either fabric (I'm assuming they'd be just as good due to how sharp they are) or for your plants! :)
