Fiskars Log Tongs 13"

Well built log tongs made in Poland. It functions well and carries a 9 inch log.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Fiskars Log Tongs and they work great. They are very easy to use. This will save me from sticking my hand into the wood pile and a copper head be in there and get bit. I do wish they could grab a log a little bit bigger but who am into complain. They work great and they make it much easier so that I do have to bend over so far. It's makes it much easier on my back.

I especially like how easily you can remove charred logs from fire pits after they didn't get a chance to burn all the way through. That tongs are comfortable and seem like they are built to last! Love fiskars and all of the products they offer, and the tongs are no different!

I ordered these 13" log tongs, but I received the smaller 9" version. They seem to be very good quality, but they are too small for my needs. Thankfully, Walmart issued a refund when I reported the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Log Tongs are great when you're cutting down trees or chopping firewood. Logs aren't always that heavy, but the problem is that they're bulky and unbalanced. I like that log tongs make it easier on my back and body, to pick up logs. It also prevents me from having to bend down as far to pick up a log, and lets me pick up a log with one hand. In addition to logs, it can pick up big chunks of wood. Fiskars is a well known brand that makes quality tools like this. I like how the handle feels ergonomically and the quality of the metal. It's my first time using log tongs, and when opened, they stay open. After a few uses and a tiny bit of biodegradable oil, the joints work smoothly. I also like that it comes with a belt holder and wall mount. It's a simple thing that is handy and keeps my log tongs protected. Overall, I think it's a good set of log tongs made of quality metal with a good handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makes moving logs so much easier than picking them up I didn't know why I didn't get this sooner. The only thing I really don't like is that you have to open and close it by yourself. It would have been nicer if it would have closed without a assistance. But overall this makes moving cut down branches so much easier

Not as described/pictured are not large enough to pickup a 12" diameter log as described. They seem like a well made tool, too bad they aren't a little bit larger. Need to fix that description.

The tongs are listed as 13" but are only 9".
