This tool is a MUST HAVE for ANYONE that does yardwork. I am a senior citizen that enjoys working with and in nature. This awesome tool is very easy to use, sharp and well balanced. The engineered leverage is top notch. Amature to professional use. Quality piece of equipment.
We needed a replacement set of loppers. They are easy to use and take much less effort to cut branches than the old variety. Happy with this new set. Seem to be good quality, very sharp cutting edges
These are hands down the best loppers you can get. I have a ton of trees and bushes in my yard and these cut through SO much. If you're going to get loppers just spend the extra money and get these. These lasted through 4 years of cutting down trees and bushes using only these (except the trunk). They would have lasted longer but I was cutting huge limbs. They are my go to tool in my yard because I don't like using the reciprocating saw.
I'm 80 and need something that cuts easily. I paid for the gears and sharpness but it was worth the extra money. Cuts smoothly and I had to expend far less energy. Cuts are clean and smooth. I highly recommend this investment.
For a 77 yr old man these really do the job.
they are the best loppers. some guy broke into my car to steal my last pair. they're that good.
Seems to be built decent and cuts great!
This is a replacement and I know the quality I expect.
They moved production to Vietnam. Not that I have a problem with Vietnam, but it's shows they're looking to cut costs in other places, too, and they have. I used these to cut a branch that was maybe 1.5" thick, and I could feel the grips on the end starting to twist under that much force. We'll see if they survive. In summary, these are pretty nice, but definitely consumer grade. I like that it has a "Full Warranty". PSA: Since they call it a "Full Warranty" instead of a "limited warranty," that means they aren't allowed to require proof of purchase, or make you pay to ship it to them.
It is a quality tool, but not a five-star as it needs to open almost all the way up for thin branches and it does take some efforts to cut branches that are over 1 1/4"
