Great and inexpensive cutter
Very easy to use and the replacement blades are cheap.

Fiskars SureCut 9" Paper Trimmer
My main problem with this cutter is that the blade holder keeps popping out. You've got to make sure the track is really cleaned out - I use a needle- or the blade with "scrunch" the edge of the paper. Otherwise, it works pretty good for the price.
