Good product and excellent customer service! Had issues with initial shipment and upon notifying the seller, a replacement was arranged immediately and received another item in perfect condition in just two days. So excited to use this product in upcoming camping and road trips!!

The moment I got it, I loaded it with drinks and ice for a trip to Mexico 🇲🇽. It came in handy and kept the drinks and food from spoiling.

Has two ways to carry, a strap to put on your shoulder to free up a hand to carry other things and handle to grab quickly. The side compartments are great to store plastic silverware, paper plates, napkins, etc. saving space of having to put in a separate bag to carry. The inside comes out so it is easy to wash and clean out spills. This holds quite a bit of stuff we had 4 waters, 4 cans of soda, 3 containers with lunch meat, cheese and salads and still had room left over.

It was easy to keep clean as I just had to wipe the bag down with a damp cloth so it looked as good as new.

It is very attractive and yet extremely functional. The insulation is great! It is by Far the best soft cooler I have. Even the opening on top is insulated. I wish that it came with a strap to put over my shoulder but that's okay I have several that will work.
