very happy got what I paid for we'll wrapped
I like the Fitbit Charge 2. I find myself moving more just to get the step count higher. The stair counter did not work when I got it, so I contacted Fitbit and within a day they sent out a brand new Fitbit Charge 2 at no cost to me. The customer service is excellent.
Works great and live the new charger versus the old one. I got bought this for my daughter and she loves it. You can also change outthe bands so you have different colors. It has lots of new functions over the old one (which I have). Makes me want one for myself!
I was very happy to get this but soon became a little disappointed. The tracking of my steps is flawed. It also seems to track when I move my arm as in folding laundry and making the beds, etc. so I do not have an accurate count of my daily steps. I do like that it notifies me when I get a text, and it does keep track of my exertion levels so I will continue to use it, but am a little disappointed that I can't track my steps.
I loved the Fitbit Charge 2 but DO NOT buy it from Walmart. I bought mine from them because they were having a good sale and was super happy with it but it started going from 80% charge to no charge by month 2 and then by month 3 it was dead with no signs of why. When I tried to get support using the warranty I purchased I got endless problems with AI, Scams, and hours on the phone to no avail. Unfortunately buying from Walmart means your Fitbit is not under the umbrella of the helpful people at Fitbit Support and thus you will likely have to deal with some of the worst cases of "talking to you nicely while getting nothing done for you" calls. Please learn from my mistake and get it anywhere else.
This item was defective when received. There was no display and the battery would not charge. The unit was dead. Several attempts have been made to return the item. So far, Walmart has refused to receive the item and issue a refund. This refusal by Walmart to receive the item and give a refund is unacceptable. They sold me a defective Fitbit charge 2 that does not work and they will not make it good.
The price was right, but the product was dirty and clearly used. The product works but for how long I don't know. Unfortunately the return policy is only that, a return. You cannot exchange it. We kept it because this is something my daughter really wanted. If it were for myself, I would have returned it and waited for a sale with an actual store. I hope she gets good use with it, and it not turn into a complete loss.
Received a watch, but not the one I ordered…I ordered a blue one as advertised, which was also supposed to be new, The mailer bag was very flimsy, and inside was a black watch, with an extra orange band (no blue) which was in a very thin cardboard box which had its top open with the bubble-wrapped watch hanging out of it. Scratches on the sides of the watch, and slight chips on the edges of the face, to suggest it's not new. Also no instructions included. I haven't even tried it out to see if it works, due to my disappointment. Contacted the seller, who asked for a picture. Sent the picture and the seller told me that that he/she had sent a new watch in original package. I haven't heard any more since then…that was weeks ago.
I have tried and TRIED to setup/sync this "new Fitbit Charge 2" with my Android phone. It remains dead as a doornail! It won't give me the 4-digit code I need for setup. The face on it is cracked and all scratched up--it's definitely NOT NEW! I'd like my money back!
I purchased this and took it off and put on charger the first night. Much to my surprise, the next morning it read Congratulations you exceeded your goal and said I walked 18,742 steps during the night. I tried to reset to factory settings to no avail and then tried to edit the steps online and it would not let me. Returned it the next day with no problem. Walmart didn't even ask me why, which made me think they see them often.
