Fitbit Charge 5 Fitness Tracke

This has SO MANY features. I have been absolutely loving it. Seriously the perfect fitness and health tracker that gives so many insights. Especially sleep quality. I consider an Apple Watch but this offers so much for such a great price. Highly recommend!

Love the brighter screen. I can see it better in bright sunlight. Has new features. Doesn't require a button

I wear it almost 24/7 to keep track of my steps, my heart rate and much more and I find it's the best option there is in the market these days.

Very comfortable to wear all day and overnight. Good display to overall size ratio. It has a lot of features (with the premium subscription), health living tips, and automatically tracks various workouts. The battery life is excellent after about a month of ownership. I easily get 5-6 days between charges. My only minor complaint is that it doesn't display both steps and distances on runs.

The first device I purchased had a defective battery that died within a day. I was able to exchange it at Walmart (for the same device but a blue band) and that fitbit is working fine. However, there doesnt seem to many upgrades from the Charge 3.

[Employee of walmartcanada] The Fitbit works, the band needs to change. Very difficult to get on and the silicone make my skin rashy and sweaty. In order to use some of the better programs it comes with, you have to purchase the Fitbit app and it is expensive. I returned the Fitbit.

We got fooled by FITBIT. The documentation was very unclear. All the good features are NOT FREE.You must pay EXTRA yearly to get those features. Never again FITBIT. Shopping around now. All the Fitbit are like that. Buy and keep paying.

Disappointed with my new fit bit. It doesn't have the same features as my last one, such as relax mode. The strap is awkward and uncomfortable. The display only lights up if tapped really hard, which is inconvenient when I just want to glance at the time. Would not recommend.

I bought it for fitness tracking and sleep monitoring. It is good for the latter, but during workouts it often cuts out and stops tracking. Especially with hockey. Very annoying.

As of March 27, 2023 Fitbit is removing functionality and features including open groups, adventures and challenges. There are many trackers and smartwatches available including Garmin, Galaxy and Apple that will provide health analytics and step counts. Google bought Fitbit and is now selling their Google Pixel smartwatch using the Fitbit platform. It appears fitbit will be phased out, especially when they are removing the distinguishing features of connectivity with friends and family through challenges. For those with premium memberships, bought specifically for the Bingo challenge, Fitbit is not providing refunds on the annual membership paid. Fitbit is not a good investment and I have buyers regret.
