Fitbit Flex 2 Swim Proof Activity Tracker

I wouldn't consider myself a very "tekky" guy, but the flex 2 is very easy to use. I have been able to use all the options that it has available with ease. Band is so comfortable that throughout the day I forget that I am even wearing it. App is simple to navigate and is packed with good information.

I've been using the original Fitbit Flex for over 2 years, and it has survived swimming, kayaking, rock climbing, and day-to-day activities. The tracker is very accurate, and this version also knows when I'm bicycling, rowing, swimming, or running... which makes exercise monitoring so much easier. This newer version is lighter, slimmer, and guaranteed to be waterproof (more than the original). So far I'm liking it, but I also do use a band-wrap to ensure the tracker doesn't unbuckle and fall off accidentally... that's how I lost my first Flex. I cannot recommend the band wraps enough, and at least the Flex2 also has replacement bands that are more secure and fashionable. Finding one that latches like a watch is ideal, especially for anyone who is very active!

My daughter received one as Christmas gift. After a week of trying to sync and updating the tracker on 5 different devices, we returned it to the store and got a new one. It updated and sync'd and is working without issue. My daughter swims and it converts swimming to steps and active minutes. She is happy with it.

The Flex 2 is a great tool to track steps, hours slept, exercise activities, and food calorie intake. It has a very intuitive dashboard to track your progress throughout the day. It has helped manage my health goals and keeps me on track to stay fit.

Love this gadget! It fits my small wrist and it stays on. Charging it is fairly simple and the app is very user friendly. I had no problems taking it out of its package and using it! It's crazy how this little band can motivate me to drink more water and take more steps!

I got the Fitbit Flex 2 to replace a Fitbit Zip so that I could track swimming. I swim laps at least 3 times a week. The Flex 2 has exceeded my expectations. Lap tracking is quite accurate and the device automatically recognizes when I'm swimming laps. Step Counting accuracy seems similar to the Fitbit Zip that the Flex 2 replaced. The wrist band is very light, I don't really notice that I'm wearing it. The band is secure and easy to put on and take off after you learn how.

I really like my fitbit2. All the important items came in the box; there was a question whether or not it had a charger with it or not and it does. It was easy to down load the app and set it up. The band is a little tricky to put on and off by yourself but I have managed just fine. It is adjustable and feels fine when wearing it. I recommend this product.

I purchased this product because I want to track my water aerobics activities. I have not been to the pool since my purchase so I can not give a review on that part. The positives for this item are the size and being able to switch it to other accessories to change the look. The negatives are not being able to view my steps in a instance at my wrist and the battery life is not as long as I thought it would be. The Fitbit Flex 2 does not provide your heart rate. I previously owned the Fitbit HR. I would have replaced the same one if it was waterproof.

Would rate 5 stars but haven't had long enough. I notice some complaints about battery life but I charge while in the shower and it has worked for me. I've had mine a lil over 3 weeks and have lost about 10 pounds because it helped me get back on track with doing 10,000 + steps a day and making sure I get at least 7 hours sleep. If you are motivated to stay healthy, get in shape or even just maintain. You can't go wrong with Fitbit.

Have had for two weeks now and enjoying it. Really like the silent alarm feature, especially since my husband and I wake at different times. I have found that Myfitnesspal has a better way of entering food for the day, but this one isn't too bad. Wasn't looking for anything fancy..... just steps, calories, sleep. It does the trick.
