Fitbit Versa - LITE Edition

I purchased the Fitbit Versa lite after my Fitbit Versa stopped working. I didnt know if I would like this one but I really do I love the Mulberry color. It does everything that I need it to do. My main goal is staying active and reaching my step goals and I can definitely accomplish them by using this tracker!!

I had the fit bit charge two for a couple of years and loved it but wanted to upgrade. I love this fitbit! I decided to go with the versa lite because I knew I wouldn't mind not having the extras that the versa has. I love the color of mine (the marine blue) and it's so easy to use! I love that you can add apps to it if you want and you can check the weather on it! LOL I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade! Note: I haven't, and most likely wont, use it for paying for anything like Starbucks and such so I can't sa yh as to how well that side of it works. Regardless I love mine so far!

I bought this in Oct.2024. it worked fine right up to the fact that it quit working in May 2025. would not charge, couldn't reset, won't do nothing. I have had it for 8 mos. I tried contacting fit bit, but always the same thing, well we don't know what's wrong. you should buy another one. they offered no discount, nothing. so, I am out a $100. plus

less than six months of use before both the battery life started dwindling and the heart rate function began glitching, registering more than double the actual heart rate and tendering the device useless. tried resetting to factory settings and the issue immediately happened again.

Beware. This may not be a new watch and the warranty expired in 2021. I knew this was too good to be true for the price. . Something was just off. then when I had to charge it every other day I knew something was wrong. I complained to Walmart and they couldn't help me. They said I had to call the manufacturer. I called Google who owns Fitbit and she proceeded to tell me it was a refurbished watch. At first I didn't believe her, but she proved it to me. The warranty expired in 2021 and there was nothing she could do. I sent it back and demanded a refund and that even was a problem. I told him the seller needs to be more transparent in the description. if you look at the same device on Amazon, they clearly state that it's refurbished and it's the same price. Tsk tsk.

this watch did not even last three months. this one was a lemon, even though my last one lasted a long time. it wont even turn on, and those selling it said i bought it on clearance. I DIDNOT. Now they will not honor the year warranty. BOO to you scammers

This Fitbit seem to be repurposed or used before, it did not work, screen blinking in and out, screen stuttering. Ive had a few Fitbits in the past, but this was awful. Three it away and purchased a Samsung Watch.

I just bought it March 27th and screen has went out and Fitbit won’t replace it. I never hit it on anything and never wore it when showering.. screen is dead. Never purchasing from Fitbit again

First the item was delayed for a long time so I finally canceled the order. Then they said I was too late to cancel the order so they put the charge back on my card. They say they delivered the item, but I never received the item. I would not order this type of item again.

It’s been 16 days since I cancelled my order. I have not received my refund. Every Representative gives me a different Walmart Policy. At the time of cancellation I was told up to 10 days but 24-48 hrs is the average. The next representative. Told me 10 days from cancellation. The last said 10 days from delivery of the new order. Terrible service!!
