my watch works as it's supposed to.

I like the price. I like the fast shipping and I love this Fitbit. It has all the functions like steps, heart beats, sleep and activity levels that you need.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. She lives the pink color and she said the band is so soft and comfortable she wears it to Zumba and has no issue. She likes the size and comfort of wearing it. She like being able to see her heart rate and her favorite APP so far is the Relax App. She has had it for a few weeks now and has had no issues. She's still exploring the Apps and functions. I'm very happy with the purchase and the fact that she loves.

Walmart had the best price for this versa 2 Fitbit. I like Versa 2 because using non google apps and Clock faces are allowed.

Besides convenience and water- , weather- and abuse proof, it has helped us a lot during our recent visit to Colorado where we stayed at the high altitude and our 10-yrs old got a high altitude sickness. We were able to measure her heart rate with the Fitbit and had her do some exercise and drink a lot of water to get thangs back to normal level.

I didn't realize this was from an ebay seller, but that didn't affect us really. shipping was very fast. came un-charged, which is fine. but we had to do a factory reset after we charged it because that wasn't done previously? semi-concerning. Anyway, it was an easy set-up once we did that. so far we love it. I'm trying to convince my mother to purchase this as well.

I bought this watch for Christmas and I love it. All features are as describe, easy to use and I also bought extra bands and accessories to match my wardrobe. The only down fall is that I'm not getting a low battery warning and battery does not last 4 days. 3 days batterylife max. I highly recommend it.

The Versa unit is better than I expected. Much more supportive with personal milestones than my previous Charge and Alta units. What's preventing me from offering 5-stars is the difficulty of changing wristbands. The design needs improvement. I struggle every day with changing bands....but once I am successful, I really do enjoy what this smartwatch offers me. Original wristbands are fine for outdoors but it's not appropriate for evening functions. Had to find alternate selections.

I sent a message to the seller and have not received a response. According to the seller info a response should have been received within 48 hours. It's been 4 days. I don't know if this is new or refurbished. The Fitbit arrived and looks to be in new condition but the battery is at zero and the normal information that would come along with the Fitbit is missing. Poor communication on the sellers part is the reason for the low rating. I will update my review once I charge it and see how it works.

Purchased in May, started wearing in June, it broken by September. Face completely came off of backing. Can't return. Waste of money.
