Older version of Fitbit, but still functions well. FYI- frame is not replaceable. If you decide to swap out the band, the color of your frame will not change (different than the old Blaze version where the device popped into a new frame and band). Included a photo of mine with new band added.

I bought this watch for Christmas and I love it. All features are as describe, easy to use and I also bought extra bands and accessories to match my wardrobe. The only down fall is that I'm not getting a low battery warning and battery does not last 4 days. 3 days batterylife max. I highly recommend it.

I love my Fitbit Versa. It was easy to set up and I've had zero problems. I never realized how little I actually move. No wonder I gained weight. If you can't get a notification to come up, research how to turn it on. I'm very happy with mine. I'm getting 4 plus days of battery life. It charges quickly. I love that I can download free clock faces from the Fitbit app. Looking forward to buying new snazzy bands.

I vought mine at the store and it took forever to get it loaded about 4 hours. that being said its actually great. I love the apps it gets and its cool how its connected to your phone. the fitbit app is also pretty cool

Used some Christmas money and got a great deal at Sam's Club. Nice features and links to my Samsung phone.

I purchased this Fitbit as a recommendation from my cardiologist. I wanted to keep track of my resting HR as well as my high points in the day, and I'm thrilled I can see all the data via the app and my watch itself. I appreciate the ability to link it with other apps like Myfitnesspal and Strava. Oh and of course my Starbucks card! It's the little things, ya know! I am also more mindful of my steps now, and I can see active minutes. The watch faces are customizable via the app, and so are a number of cool widgets like a little torch light, a weather app, a water reminder, and music. The possibilities are great with this Versa, and my only one complaint is the battery life after a while. I still get a solid 4 days with bits of play time but I expected it to be a tad more as the manufacturer stated 7 days on purchase. Not a deal breaker, I just have to charge it while sleeping and that interrupts my sleep insights, another super cool feature! All in all I'd highly recommend it. I've never owned a Garmin or Apple Watch for any sort of comparison, but this does exactly what I needed it to at a fraction of competitions price points. Great company, great customer service!

Just upgraded from the HR 2 to the versa. My HR was still working great but just looking for something rhat did a little more. I wa surprised at how much more confortable this versa is! Love the extra features it has. Just wish it could do the responses with the iphone like you can with the android. I would give 5 stars if that was different, but I am very happy with it overall!

It took 3 hours to finally update this to even work whatsoever. Constantly saying WiFi failed, to switch to Bluetooth to update and back and forth for 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous for it. My original Fitbit was never this dumb to update. Plus, The Peach/Rose Gold is not true to color at all. Flat out PINK. I like pink and all, but call it what it is. Not advertise something it is not.

Not actually waterproof. Normally i take my watch off during shower time. Today i got in the pool and used the swim button to track how long i was in the pool for. It stopped working and you can see there is water where the heart rate monitor is. My pool isnt that terribly deep either its a 16’x48"

I've had mine for just over a year. The screen suddenly became “corrupted” (Fitbits customer service term) one month outside of warranty. The screen is fuzzy with overlapping images and nearly impossible to read/use. Customer service asked me to reset and restart the watch numerous times. The restart was nearly impossible to perform because of the bad screen. CS basically gave me the run around for 2 weeks before offering a 25% discount off a full price replacement. Or really no discount at all. When I told them this was a non discount and asked them to do better the cs rep replied in a snarky manner and did not address the non discount issue. HORRIBLE customer service for an issue that is a very common complaint for this device. Do not buy! I will be looking at other brands.
