Fitbit Versa Smart Watch Black/Black

This is a great watch and does everything I want it to do. It's kind of a cross between the Pebble watch and the Samsung Gear S3 watch. (I have both). It's a great fitness tracker including recording your sleep pattern and it gives me the notifications I want which is text and calls only. The screen is great, even in the sunlight and the battery is lasting me 4 plus days and it charges pretty fast. I love this watch and it will be my "go-to" watch .

Best Fitbit yet. Love that it is waterproof, love that I can go to the pool and it still counts my steps/laps. Very LIGHT. Love the rose gold color. It was a little bit of a pain to setup so that may take some time (about 20-30 minutes due to firmware update) however it works great. I get all notifications. Accuracy seems spot on.

I've had this smart watch for 1 week. I like the fit and feeling of it better than the Alta. I love being able to wear it in the pool. That's about it. None of the apps really work. I try to use the Ionic Water app and it won't connect to my phone unless I delete then reinstall it. Also can't seem to connect Bluetooth headphones to it either. However if I'm listening to music via my phone the controls will show up on the watch. Texts come through sporadically and really only if it and my phone are connected to the same WiFi. That's a big disappointment. I will probably end up keeping it because the main reason I switched was I wanted a waterproof pedometer...hopefully Fitbit will release some updates soon that will turn this into an actual smart watch.

Nice looking watch, picked it up Monday morning. First issue was notifications. Phone calls show, emails and txt messages do not alert. After multiple calls to Fitbit, it is determined to be a bug. Next went to sync music. 17 of 55 songs came over. The Fitbit app you have to download to transfer music keeps telling me Bluetooth is off and there is no network. Very hit or miss. After another few calls to Fitbit I think my best option is to take it back and wait for them to work out the bugs. If you like fighting to get your watch to work, this is for you.

I love the look of the watch . I had a hard time getting it to connect to my phone and eventually had to take it to the Phone store to get the watch connected. It took 3 hours to download to my phone. Then after all that time getting it downloaded the battery would only last about 6 hours. I would charge it at night and it would be dead by morning. I contacted fitbit. They would have sent a replacement but they said i would lose my ability to return it since i purchased it through walmart instead of them. I ended up having to return it. I really wanted this watch to work.

Had for 1 year screen went totally blank. Warranty was up no rep!pavement not did they help very common problem with this watch. For as much as they cost they should last more then a year.. Do.. Not... Buy...b

This was supposed to be a new watch however it was pre owned. It doesn't stay charged for days like they claim it would.

I bought mine and not even 3 months later it doesn't even charge anymore no matter how many new chargers I have gotten and since I was dumb enough to not buy the extra insurance it's become a very expensive paper weight! Sadly for now I'll be stuck wearing my poor inspire hr that i have had for over a year and still working!
