We prefer the Zip over the type that go on your arm so were happy we could still get. The person doing the fulfillment was super helpful on getting it to us and offering any help needed.

Excellent service - Arrived much sooner than the initial "arrive by" date. Complete package including extra battery for the unit. Very satisfied with both the Fitbit ZIP and the service.

I bought this as a gift for my husband who doesn't want to wear a watch to count his activity and this was perfect for him. It's small and non intrusive and accurate. He wears it on his belt loop and never takes it off. Perfect!

Wanted to get step multi-function fitness tracker... not that we are in amazing shape, but to get a handle on how we were doing. Just had trouble pulling the trigger on devices costing hundreds of dollars. We settled on FitBit Zip, and were able to purchase two for less than many higher end devices. The Zip provides all the info we were hoping, and with the on-line and smartphone app, gives you great insight on your journey! Highly recommend this device for those (like us) looking to track your daily progress without having to seriously dent the bank account.

Easy to set up and use with lots of options

Had no idea they made a different Fitbit, besides bracelet form. Also had been concerned about allergic reaction to braclet materials. This is perfect for me. The only thing I didn't like was trying to figure out how to open it to put battery in.

I was looking for a fitbit but tried on the wrist ones and didn't like the way they felt and the idea of them tracking my sleep. The fitbit zip is exactly what I was looking for! It is small and clips on my pants and you can't see it. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because I think the app could use some updating especially when it comes to logging food. I do like that it syncs with myfittnesspal app which has a good food log. I have used it for two weeks and have not had any problem getting the fitbit to sync to my android phone (Samsung galaxy).

It doesn't do a lot, but it does what I need. Can wear it on bra or waist of pants. I feel its more accurate than some wrist ones.

I bought this product and it worked great for a few months- now it is terrible. It does not track steps or sync to my app I have for it. I really think that I was sold one that was returned and resold. Piece of garbage and too late to get a refund.
