Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker, Lime Green (NO SYNC FEATURE)

I bought this Fitbit Zip a couple weeks ago. I had started with a Fitbit Charge HR, and it had let me down with constant problems. I decided to go more basic, as I didn't require a heart rate monitor. The Zip is unobtrusive, I wear it on my waistband, the clip is extremely strong! I like not having to worry about charging my Fitbit every few days, the battery life expectancy is very good at 6 months of continued use. The Zip has successfully synced every time I have been near my laptop (dongle is in the usb port) and also with my iPhone by bluetooth. I am happy I found the Zip!

I love my fitbit. It is very easy to set up and use. It helps keep me motive to keep moving. It's light weight and easy to wear. I clip it to my bra and it doesn't bother me at all. I would definetely recommend this product.

I have had to change battery several times. It looses date and time easily. It no longer shows anything on screen. I will be returning it

This was not a new product. The battery compartment wasn't closed properly on receiving and the tool to open the battery compartment was missing. It wasn't even in the correct package. Just a little plastic bag.

I'm unable to sync with my iPhone and battery only lasts for a week.

it doesn't sync or track steps correctly

I have gone through 4 of these fitbit zips. After about 4 months the battery craps out and it will not recognize a new battery. I tried all the tips and tricks people posted on youtube and the forums. Nothing worked. Fitbit wouldn't upgrade me to the one so I ended up buying it after my 4th zip wouldn't hold a battery charge for a day after putting in new batteries. Fitbit needs to do something about this terrible product.
