Excellent!

iHerb customer November 28, 2024

This seems like good quality CLA. It doesn't smell rancid at all like some oil-based supplements can. It comes up often in a bio residence scan as something my body wants, so that's good to know. I will see overtime if it makes a difference with weight.

Easy To Use

iHerbCustomer November 7, 2024

I buy this for my husband to help with weight Maintenace. The size of the capsules is a bit large, but since they are soft gels, they are still easy to swallow.

Since the body cannot synthesize this substance by itself, it must be obtained from food. Conjugated linoleic acid supplements are usually made from colored safflower oil. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is one of the so-called "healthy fats", it belongs to the omega-6 fatty acids. We can get it naturally through food, such as dairy products. We consume very little animal fat in our diet, and as a result you are deficient in CLA.

CLA1000 provides 1,000 mg of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) per softgel, derived from safflower oil. It is commonly used to support healthy body composition, promote fat metabolism, and maintain muscle mass. With 90 softgels per bottle, CLA1000 is an ideal supplement for individuals seeking to improve overall fitness and body tone when combined with regular exercise.

Workout supplement

iHerb customer August 9, 2024

I bought this because it's supposed to help when added with strength training. I'm trying to reduce body fat and gain muscle and don't want to try other supplements because they have caffeine or other stimulants. This one is stimulant free. It's my first try but I'm hoping to see results in a month.

Good weight loss product

iHerb customer November 19, 2024

Combined with consistent exercise and healthy eating, this supplement benefits me on my weight loss journey. There is no bad taste, no side effects, and the ingredients seem to be top quality. The pills are rather large though. And you have to take four a day which is a large dosage but if you can stay consistent it will help you and you will see a difference.

iHerbCustomer August 14, 2024

easy to consume as the pill size is not too big. there is no after taste. i have not witnessed any ill effects after consumption. my fat percentage has dropped in 4 weeks by 1.5% so i guess it has benefited me but i have also been following a calorie restricted diet.

iHerbCustomer July 24, 2024

im on a diet , and exercise everyday since I started taking this fitocode I lost only one kilogram, so don't expect miracles, the size of the capsule is ok , with no taste ,I don't see any benefits after using itfor a month, so according to me the only way to lose weight is just to stop eating

Contains Safflower oil

iHerb customer October 7, 2024

I somehow missed reading that Safflower oil was an ingredient. It's one of the bad seed oils and I'm making an effort to not have anything with this oil, or any of the seed oils. Only extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil are fine for me. This hardly ever happens. iHerb is a still my preferred site for supplements, etc. So because I did not use, I can't review quality (contains seed oil safflower oil). The price point was affordable for the size and amount of the product.
