This was really good. I heard that this could help build muscles and it did. Quality and ingredients are good as they are pure. Theres a bit of an after taste but i read that depends from person to person. Size is okay for the price. It will take a while to finish one tub.

I buy these for the boys in the house. Honestly we rotate according to value for size and whichever is most cost effective at the time. This does the job just as well as the others in this category.

Have been taking it on days which I exercise or am outdoors for an extended period. It sorta work like all the other basic creatine powders I have taken over the years. I don't do hard or extreme "workouts" nor am I into any major fitness regime, but I always feel more comfortable taking creatine, beta alanine, citrulline and whey concentrate on those days which I exercise.

easily dissolved in water no after taste. cannot comment on results as hard to differentiate whether results are coming from diet or other supplements.
