Helps my body stay balanced in its estrogen levels. Very much recommend if you have met/met COMT as well.

Have been using for a while works as well as the more expensive brands. Helps with menopausal symptoms.

DIM is a great product that I recommend. But this brand didn't work as effectively as others i found. It still did the job and helped be balance my estrogen. But it is a great price and as this supplement gains popularity it is sometimes hard to find products in stock

I'm taking these along with calcium d-glucarate until estrosense comes back in stock. So far everything seems fine, no adverse effects, I've only been taking it for about 2 weeks.

Works well if you take breaks in between of usage; noticed that it would stop working if I took it more consistently. Typically skip taking this during my cycle.

The quality of the product appears to be good; but I haven't used it long enough to know how effective it is. Time will tell.
