Its a work out!
She goes alittle fast for me, but it going to be aittle challange, Im 5 months preganant and I havent worked out in so long, I have to take it slow with this, but I hope it works and helps me feel stonger

Love it!!
I am pregnant with my second child and I do the salsa dance every day. It's easy and enjoyable. I really like the fact there is an option to turn her voice off after you know the routine.

Excellent!
I absolutely love this workout video! The salsa is fun to do & the yoga is quite relaxing. Both work outs really do give you a good workout for a prego body :) I would recommend this to any expecting woman!

Lots of fun!
I am 8 months pregnant and I ordered two DVDs in search of a fun way to exercise. This DVD was the best one. It has a variety of exercises and is at a fun pace. They also show you variations in the exercise based on where you are in your pregnancy! Great Video!

the FitMama dvd is excellent. Helps keep you moving during pregnancy and isn't to hard on your joints. The stretching and labor and delivery sections of the workout help teach you to relax and I hope that helps durning delivery. I would recommend this to any pregnant woman.

BORING!
This exercise video is only good to have if you can rotate it with at least one other video. You repeat the same 3 short combinations over and over for 20 minutes, most of the time is just spent on the first combination. I lose motivation to exercise with just this video so I am purchasing another.
