I bought this for my son to correct his flat feet. The orthopedic recommended special shoe inserts and foot stretches, and these bands are the perfect size. I like that there are several bands with different resistances, so as he gets more flexible and strong, he can gradually increase resistance. I can use them too for my yoga practice. I like that these bands are shorter than usual. They are a loop, as opposed to the usual straight piece, so it's easy to keep hold of it. I don't think these will rip apart like the last band we purchased because it seems thick and very durable.

Great little bands. Packaged up neatly and easy to travel with. Each is even labeled from Extra Light to Extra Heavy, so you don't need to memorize which color is which. Good value.

These are easy to use and the little bag to keep organized is convenient. No issues.
