Hello, The machine was low on battery and I was using it and it suddenly died and doesn't matter how much I charge it won't start. It was a brand new machine and I have barely used it so I'm not sure why it's not working. If there is a way we can fix it. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

The FitRx muscle massage gun is FANTASTIC after one use of the gun I had so much relief in my shoulder I've been using it every day for the past week and my shoulder feels fantastic I thought I was going to have to have a shoulder replacement but it turns out that the massage gun has done its job I would recommend this massage gun to anyone with shoulder problems if you're having problem with a muscle in your leg or your shoulder no matter where it's at I would highly recommend this massage gun AWESOME

I have read great reviews about this product.I have not used it yet.I am in the process of letting it charge.I have used other products such as this.That didn't turn out so well.I'm hoping that this one does the job and works as well as the.Reviews say that it does

So I like the machine I just a little handheld it's not little it's a decent size but it's lightweight and I like my new fit RX the only thing I would say is that the very first time I cut it on the button pushed not just in to come on but it it kind of moved like like if you had a lid on top of a garbage can and you hit it and it come halfway up can I come up almost like it wasn't supposed to do it so there's maybe a defect with the on button I'm going to I've got the receipt I'm going to keep it in the box and hope for the best but I just want to say I'm looking forward to this machine I've tried it on my neck I think it's great I like the little flat attachment already so thanks for the product but fingers crossed that on button does not get me in trouble cuz it seemed to do it from the job

Just received and I've tested it out a little bit. Great quality and so far my lower back area does feel much better you also get a good power range from the machine (can be a little strong at first) but then you get used to it and it feels relaxing!

So far, it has been doing what it's supposed to do. I use it after each workout. It leaves muscle tension. I recently had hip pain I have been doingwith a lot of stretches and using the fit RX, it almost took the pain away. I will continue to use it.

Works as it should for what it is needed for. Forcing the review to register the product for a warranty registration is a bit much. Irritating actually. So yeah, that knocks a couple stars off, expect when you say I have to leave a 50+ character review. Petty.
