Love my new rowing machine. It was easy to put together and when you are rowing it's super quiet. I have looked at so many different types of rowing machines and made my decision to purchase this model because of the reviews and also a great price. Extremely happy with my purchase!

ive never rowed before. but with an infant, i needed to find a quick body workout and this machine is it. it took me about 30minutes to set up (easy, just lengthy) and im using it 15m a day for a solid workout. i am 155lbs and use the medium tension, so if you're a hardcore rower, the highest tension may not be enough for you. its also extremely quiet. great bang for the buck

I've only had it for a day but it was super easy and quick to assemble and so far I really like it. For a beginner it's great but for someone who is at the gym a lot the tension may not be enough for you! You can tell a difference in the pulls but not a lot (level 1-14). So far, I'm happy!

this is a good piece of fitness equipment for first time users who are starting a new fitness regimine, or wanting to add to another workout. it certainly is great for low impact cardio workout; i have arthritic knees and ankles and this is perfect for that. My only complaint is the seat cushioning, if youre in for more than a 20 minute session it tends to wear on your seat bone so a gel cushion would be a good idea to help alleviate that.

I bought Fitness Reality rower because of other users reviews and it was light enough for me to put in the basement and set up on my own. Was going to buy a higher price rower but decided to go with this. My only complaint is the plastic wheels used for the seat.

So far it seems quite great; two days in and enjoying it. Easy assembly, quiet machine (there's a slight whooosh but nothing like from a wind-only rower). Switching to storage mode is super easy, takes about 15 seconds, and it becomes surprisingly compact. I'm happy with this purchase.

AMAZING ROWER! I was looking for a compact, durable rower. And I saw this I said I have to have it. Came in a day before expected arrival. Set up was quick. Been using it ever since. Comes with App to record progress and free features. There is also 30 days free of premium subscription. It has so many cool features. I cant wait to continue using to lose weight!

I received this a day early. The instructions to put it together were clear. It came with everything to put it together. Took me about 20min. So far, it's working pretty good.

So far loving our new rower from Fitness Reality. First day on level 1 for 15 minutes and what a great workout. The rower seems like it will last for many years but the display seems a little cheap.

I was so excited to receive my new rower! As soon as it came, we put it together in about 40 mins. Directions were great and straightforward and its a great looking machine. However, when I tried to use it the first time, the flywheel made a horrible noise that it is NOT supposed to make. It sounds like its catching on something. I've tried to reach out to the company via email, through their website and by phone (they conveniently don't take voice messages anymore, however, due to COVID difficulties.) This seemed like it would be a great machine and the reviews were consistently good---even the customer service was commended, which is what sealed the deal for me. Unfortunately, I cannot say I've had the same CS experience. The machine is unusable as it is. As much as I hate to do it, I will have to package it back up and return it to Walmart, since the Paradigm company is unresponsive. At this point, I would not recommend this machine--unless the company responds quickly and satisfactorily.
