Untruths of Advertisement
Zero stars for this order. I ordered the Fitness Reality 810 XLT which was advertised as coming with both the XLT cage and the Lat pull-down accessory. Remember as it was advertised to me at Walmart.com on July 10 on July 22nd I only received the Lat pull-down. box. I contacted the company Twisted Oak Equality. Remember that name. They informed me that only the Lat pull-down was bought. I am still dealing with this matter. Walmart customer Service blames the Vendor and the vendor is not honoring their responsibility and false advertisement. Twisted Oaks response has been to simply return the partial product received. I just want what I purchased by way of advertisement on Walmart.com which was the cage in relation to my order status. I would not recommend you do online business in this matter regarding this product. It has been a horrible experience! My comments on this review is to inform buyers to beware of matters that have taken place unjustly.
