Fitness Reality X-Class Light Commercial Multi-Workout Adjustable Sit Up Hyper Back Extension Decline Ab Bench

Upon receiving the ab hyper bench, it was obvious this will take a minute to put together. Opening the box, everything is numbered, the instructions have a video you can download and watch or the regular instructions. I chose the regular instructions - I like pictures. It was fairly easy to put together, but you will notice when opening this is not your moms' ab bench, this is a piece you would find in the gym; built from heavy steel and the pads are extra thick. The only issue was the knob for the knee extension, you have to unscrew it completely for the bar to fit in - the only downfall I found. It is phenomenal, I love this, and I am a bit larger, you can feel that this is worthy of me. And oh yes I will be using this every day.

This is a well built, fairly heavy duty workout bench. It's not too long so you can place it pretty much anywhere without disrupting your living space. There is a wide range of exercises that you can perform on it. You can build muscles and work your arms and legs into form. This machine is being used in this household by ages 45 to 70+, but adult teens on up can use it. The exercise bench is padded for comfort. If you are experienced, go for it, but if you are a novice you must read all the do's and dont's especially if you have some type of illness. Read the instructions on who should use it without a doctors advise and who should have a doctors opinion on the use of it for you. There is a web site to go to for videos on the types of exercises you can do and how to do them.( www.fitnessreality.com/WHAT NOW) will help you to do the correct exercises. Anytime you can improve your quality of life through proper exercises is a plus. This web site offers a beginners guide, basic exercises and proper form. You need this if you are a beginner. You can also join a fitness club - MYCLOUDFitness.com if you are serious about getting physically fit. The negative: there are a lot of parts and several pages of instructions on how to assemble this bench and it took several hours to assemble. The instruction does offer a web site with video instructions. This review is a bit lenghty but you must beware and get the proper course to set for yourself by taking the advise I offer before using this work bench. This is a positive review.

This Fitness Reality X-Class Light Commercial Abdominal/Hyper Back Extension Bench is a great piece of gym equipment and our entire family enjoys working out on it, even our 10 year-old! It came petty quick after ordering it and it was well packaged so that no damage incurred. Assembly didn't take more than 15-20 minutes and of course when following the instructions nothing can go wrong and the end result is a beautiful apparatus. I like the fact that this fitness bench allows you to exercise in multiple ways not only one: you can work out your arms, chest, lower/upper back and abdomen too. It's awesome that I don't have to go to gym any more in order to do these types of muscle exercises but instead I have it right here at home at my convenience and in my own time. The handle bars are slip resistant, the bench has 4 levels of adjustments and the thigh cushions are just right; it is very well build, lightweight but sturdy and comfortable when using it. Have I mention that our 10 year-old took over this fitness bench?!? Lol… It really looks like a $500 piece of equipment and it requires a narrow footprint so it's a win-win!

It such a nice equipment for the price that I got it. It easy to put together and the instructions is easy to understand. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to work on their stomach in different ways. I would say to tighten up the screw good to have it not be wobbly.

This Ab bench is A mazing! it is very sturdy and can be used for multiple workout exercises. You can't beat the price as you ate getting more for less, and the build time was legit less than an hour. all tools came in the box. Very satisfied customer.

I have been working out 4-6 days per week since 7th grade (almost 20 years), and this is the best bench I have ever used. I say this because of the multiple workouts I can do, literally a full upper body workout (assuming you have dumbbells), all for a reasonable price. I saw other benches ranging from $75-200, but none of them came close to offering the same range of workouts for the price. There are a few other manufacturers with benches like this, but I ultimately decided to go with this one because I saw this one first and the others were just a few more dollars than this one ($10-20 more). Just for clarity purposes, yes, you can do every exercise the model does safely and easily. The setup took about 35 minutes uninterrupted.

This is a strong and sturdy machine! It is big enough for my husband and I to use it and adjustable enough for my seven and nine year old to use it. There are so many different ways to use this! It is small enough to fit in our space in the basement and the kids still have an area to play. The cushions are thick and durable! The metal is strong and my husband and I put it together in less than 30 minutes.

This bench looks awesome. I am disappointed that it doesn't come with a beginner's user guide. the company isn't taking phone calls and the website isn't helpful. I'm older and just having to replay the ad video isn't realistic. Otherwise I am pleased.

Pins slide in position easy Threading the knob in and out to adjust the reverse sit-up post up and down could be improved, if a nut was welded and a spring loaded pin threaded in once. Be aware the overall length is 64 inches and may take up more room space. It doesnt fold up. Over all great product just what I was looking for.

it does what it claims to do - great for hyper extensions and weighted decline situps. it could be used for dumbbell exercises and for a bench press in a pinch ... the board is a little short for doing that comfortably, but it woudl work. It wobbles very slightly as other reviews note. I recognize its a lot to ask, but if it could incline and had a little more board space/ability to serve as a bench press bench this would be perfect.
