FitRx Crossrun Folding Treadmill, 300lbs Capacity Large Foldable Treadmill for Home Workout with Incline, App, Bluetooth Speakers, and 5” LED Screen

The treadmill arrived with a very visible scratch on the top section. I contacted the seller's customer service immediately—the very next day after receiving it—to see if they could replace the damaged part. They told me they would get back to me shortly, but they never responded. If something like this happens to you, return it and don't waste your time; their customer service is useless.

If you look at the reviews for this item, most of them are actually from Tzumi Electronics, which is the manufacturer. If you look at the real reviews, you'll see something consistent ... the treadmill often arrives damaged and when the customer tries to contact Tzumi Electronics support, the company doesn't respond other than an automated email saying "we got your support request". This happened with me. The treadmill displays an error code and refuses to operate. There is no information in the included manual or on the company website that mentions this code. So now I'm going to have to disassemble and repackage a huge, 100 pound item for return to Walmart.

The treadmill resets all of your data to zero when you hit the stop button. So if you pause your workout it will stop the machine and erase you distance that you accumulated during that activity. That is very annoying when trying to keep track of your distance. Also, the blue tooth speakers do not work. They will not connect to any device that I have tried. Andriod or apple. The package arrived damaged. a piece of plastic was broken from the guard rail by the belt. Don't waste your money on this treadmill.

The treadmill looks great, it's lightweight, compact, and aesthetically nice. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about a month. We followed the troubleshooting steps, and it started working again, but only for a few more weeks before failing again. We had purchased Walmart's protection plan, but when we returned the treadmill to the store, we weren't able to use the insurance as expected. We tried to exchange it for another one since the reviews are so good and we thought we might have received a defective unit. However, that wasn't an option, so we ended up returning it altogether. We lost the shipping fees and the cost of the protection plan, around $100 total. On top of that, the customer service experience at Walmart wasn't very helpful or pleasant. Disappointed overall, especially because we really wanted it to work.

Walmart says that they delivered my above order yesterday, Jan. 9th at my house, but we never received it. We paid a lot of money for this item, and I need them to track it down urgently.

don't buy. didn't work. asked for replacement and help and none was given. had to haul the whole equipment to walmart to get a refund

I had to replace my 25 year old treadmill and was finding a lot of these new “walking pads,” that were wobbly and felt cheap versus the traditional style treadmill. Was very happy to find this one that is the traditional style- it is very sturdy, has the preset programs, sufficient speed and inclines. It looks good, too! Hopefully this one will last 25 years too!

Haven't received my treadmill yet. There was a problem with the delivery . The truck was to big to get down my driveway. A semi trailer is not capable of delivering to my house. The trucking company has reached out to me and have arranged to meet me on Friday.

After remove treadmill from packaging and assembling, started the treadmill and the motor was making a horrible grinding noise. Could not even running the treadmill for more a few seconds. Price was absolute great but product was bad. Complete disappointment. Also, the marketing claims while true are misleading. It does have a 53 inch long running deck, but the platform hangs so far over the running deck the usable length is more of 45 inches or so.

the tredmil works great. but unfortunate the speakers dont work, couldnt figure out how to work them even by downloading the app and everything it told me to do. and also the screen is a lot bigger then expected. its up high so it covers my TV a bit. but all in all it works
