FitRx Electrode Wireless Massager - Rechargeable EMS Unit Muscle Stimulator with App Control

I ordered from Walmart. I knew if I didn't like it I could ship it back for free. I have an iPhone with the current OS and had zero problems connecting the app. I am in a position where I can have my husband place this on my back. I definitely wouldn't be able to do that without him. Placing it on other areas would be easy. I am really happy with this project. I bought it for a long flight and road trip and carried it in my carryon without problem. It's only been a few days so I can't speak for how long it will last but right now it's helping so much!!!

The product is not your typical TENS unit. It only has prespecified modes with weird names rather than a normal TENS mode. Setting up the app is the most difficult aspect of the device. Otherwise for the price, it is a good product and can be quite powerful.

It works well, but I wish the app allowed me to have preferred settings or a shortcut when I'm in continuous use mode. It is ridiculous to have to go through all six steps every time the timer runs out, and I want to continue with the same settings. Other than that, it works well.

The product works great my issue was one of the pads didnt work. I contacted customer support. I was issued a ticket number. I have followed up with them twice since 4 30 2026. I have not been given anytype of resolution. I just wanted a replacement pad. My suggestion is buy an extra set incase you have the same problem as me.

I purchased this to replace my older Tens unit. Pro: Wireless, rechargeable, different functions (massage, acupuncture, etc), caring case, phone app Con: Magnets that hold unit to the pads are very weak, unit comes off pads easily with use. -The fact that the unit kept coming off the pads was a deal breaker for me. I only had for 2 weeks and unit was lost in grocery store. 😠

It's fine. Tech is not great. No directions in/on box, must download an app. App wouldn't connect to device. I just powered little device on (press center button), snapped device on to pads and used. I have no idea if there are different programs, only able to increase/decrease intensity of pulsations. Reminder to self to never buy tech that requires an app for instructions to use fully.

I purchased 2! One for my husband who's had multiple lumbar fusion surgeries and 1 for myself who has Dextro Scoliosis curve spine to the right alongside Degenerative bone and Degenerative disc disease ontop of Hyper mobility. His works decent mine Didn't work AT ALL! Had to use my gas to return to a store to get my refund back. I EXPECT item of Electronic Anything FROM WALMART.com to WORK UPON ARRIVAL! Shipping takes time to wait ontop of it arrive and not work at all. No matter I charged it Negative So u chance getting what I did. No Thank you !

Just purchased and right out of the box it did not work. Immediately reached out to the company, sent emails four times and they completely ignored me. I checked spam and junk folders too. Flat out ignored my emails. I would not purchase from this company. Walmart offers other items like this from other companies, so I would definitely choose one of those due to terrible customer service. After doing some troubleshooting we discovered that one of the adhesive patches didn't work. We used one of the others and now it is working. But… we paid for all items in the box not partial. Walmart will definitely take back because they have wonderful customer service but the entire purchase has been a complete, annoying inconvenience.

If I could give this negative stars, I would! I opened the app and it didn't work. I was told they needed order info for the warranty but I'm just sending it back. Also, I called customer service during business hours and no one was there. Don't waste your time or money on this!!

I was charged for this but it was not delivered. I was anticipating using it today. why charge when you dont receive. why is there no notice if your missing something. been purchasing long time. please send product with approate action. (i think maybe receiving with no chg or at least discount.
