It is an amazing combination of gadgets to strengthen, or rehabiliate any issues with your hands. I was suprised when I saw it first. It looked like something a professional trainer would give to their client. Sturdy, with ability to increase the resistance for growth in strength. It is already helping me increase my grip strenght, and the pain I have is decreasing.
5 starts, the product has very good quality for its price and a lot of variety. My favorite part of the product is the customizable gripper is my favorite because of how easy it is to use.
My son uses these at work at desk job to strengthen his pinkie finger from an accident and these are good for stress and finger dexterity and rehab for hand wrists. He loved all the choices too. thanks
it was a good purchase because of all the things it comes with
It is good but the hand grip and stress ball is too cheap
It was cheap, all the thing are good quality! The only thing that okay about it is that the when the hand grip is at max the handle feels like it might break, but that hasn’t happened yet and it has been 2 weeks since I’ve got it.
Overall seems good. But the finger stretcher was too big for my fingers and hands, and the forearm builder is really tight around my arm which makes it rather uncomfortable to use. It makes my arms look like the scene in Harry Potter when his arm becomes a noodle lol
the wrist flexor broke immediately, the grip is very unweildy, and the finger band is absolutely massive. I have big hands and I can't get resistance to anything but my thumb. the only thing this kit does is show you your weak areas.
Hand spring device is too weak - the weight of the spring starts to over power the plastic at half the weight setting. Others are built better. The wrist spring fell apart after 2 uses. I put it back together with glue...not terrible but could be much better
wrist strengthening hand tool broke instantly.
