the item is fine. on my first order I made a mistake on zip code after double checking order. package has been in transit since May 15. tried to contact Walmart and Ontrac. can't get a human. Still waiting for return %26 refund. I reordered to get this gift to my son. the second delivery was smooth.
Its a great little massager. Love that it is cordless. The only issue that I see with it is that you have to keep pressing the power button to get to the higher settings. It would be easier to just press the %235 button instead of pressing the power button 5 times. And you have to press the power button 6 times to shut it down.
I ordered this as a gift for Christmas, it lasted a month and then the battery wouldn't recharge. Walmart shipped a replacement and the battery still works but it sounds like the internal parts are loose and it makes an aweful noise.
although i love the pain relief and product im disappointed with the online ordering service. It clearly states there are 7 attachments. they sent me a step down products
The machine definitely hits the marks with the massage. It's targeted and effective. Initially, it appeared to run as advertised, operating well beyond the duration of its therapeutic necessity for each instance of its use. We have owned it for just about one year, used it a total of not more than 15 times, with a gap of several months in the middle (after the first 11 uses) due to it being packed away for our move. Having unpacked it, we noted that it still showed that it was charged about one bar. Since being unpacked, it has been used maybe four times. Now, we note that it heats up rapidly, and stops running within five minutes. This is without adding more pressure than that which gravity provides while hanging it from my fingers. So, the heat that is generated isn't being caused by the motor being overly stressed with excessive force being exerted against the device. It occurred to me that I should capture a thermometer reading from the unit to demonstrate the severity. I show in the first photo how I was holding the device for this demonstration. The second photo, taken 2 minutes later, since this was how long it took for me to remove the attachment, to activate and calibrate the infrared thermometer, and to reactivate my camera. With the sensor pointed into the barrel where the attachment was fastened, the thermometer measured a temperature of 168°F. A later instance, the temperature measured 206.5°F, taken less than 10 seconds after removing the attachment following its use. I wasn't fast enough to capture a photo of that reading before the thermometer screen had reset. After the machine cools off, it does start back up, but it is probably reasonable to assume that continued use is unwise. Lithium batteries have demonstrated to be hazardous in other devices when overheated. Why does it overheat? It is observable that the device lacks vents. I speculate that the heat generated by the running motor, by the friction against the attachments, and by the battery when in use, cannot be discharged, so it builds up. It is possible that it is caused by something else, perhaps in addition. However, the fact is that the device in my possession is presenting symptoms outside the parameters I expected of its performance. The receipt from the purchase of the device had been discarded / lost before our move. According to the details I read in the Warranty, proof of purchase must be demonstrated before Tzumi Electronics will honor a replacement or refund. But, the warranty is effective for one year after purchase. I plan to reach out to them, since I purchased it in December last year, though I am not optimistic in light of the terms.
even 1 star is too high for this trash. Using all the original charging parts, the product heated up and melted while charging. I used it in total maybe 5x and this was the 3rd time charging it.
Sent the wrong 1, 4 times! Kept the 1st one until we received the correct one. They kept sending the wrong one…like 3 times in a row. Won't take a charge after 1 month. Now the 1st one, after 6 weeks, won't charge. Horrible experience. Will try to return for repair, but hopeless.
Did not come witu the heat attachment or the cold attachment
I don't like it, I have 3 months with it and it no longer works.
I ordered this product for my parents, and now that I come to visit them I realized that the product is not working properly. I want to request an exchange or the return of my money.
