This chair such a great item for the cost! We ended up having our daughter and our son-in-law take our work apart and he put it back together correctly. Our error not Walmart's instructions! It's just a wonderful piece of furniture !!! Thank you Walmart and our family!!!

This chair was very easy to put together and is completely comfortable! The massage is a vibration and not that intense, but I love it.

A really comfortable, supporting chair for the price. Assembly was easy and the parts all seem well-made and durable. Working at a computer desk with a lower back issues, this has been an immense improvement.

i love this chair !! well made so easy to put together no tools required, the 2 boxes it came in were not to heavy i was able to handle them myself, the chair is soft yet firm and bouncy. and i love that i can rock and spin around 360 in it depending on which tv we are using (we have one for gaming one for watching TV movies) and for the price you can't beat it ! if i ever need to i would re purchase this chair

This chair is awful. It squeaks nonstop, when you rock it feels like it's going to come apart, and the back doesn't snap into place. Awful purchase. Customer service is decent and sent a replacement but not until we went through 10 steps and sent in several videos.

The chair itself is comfortable however the arm rest are super low. It doesn't give you that wrap around comfort feeling. I would return if possible.

I thought I would love this recliner but honestly it's not what I expected it to be. The fabric stains very easy %26 it snags like crazy. We don't even have pets, just children %26 it looks like a cat has scratched it up with how many loose strings are hanging all over the place. The wire also doesn't connect very well, the slightest movement in the chair will cause the wire to detach from the chair. The armrests get flat quickly too. Considering this chair cost $400 I definitely expected better quality and better longevity but it hasn't even been a full year since owning it and I'm already looking for replacements. Do not waste your money on this item,

this is an "oversized" chair, and as a person whos 6'4, this is not big enough. my feet stick way past the footrest and the back of the chair only comes to my shoulders. the back will not stay reclined unless im using all my weight and im over 200lbs. the arm "fluff" or cushion/sufffing has worn completely flat, i have no clue where it couldve even gone??? The footrest cable snapped. and the springs in the bottom of the actual seat came almost worn out feeling, i sink very very far down and have been sitting on a foam cushion to compensate. this is a cwap chair.

I bought a $700 share from Walmart and it turns out they shipped me the wrong chair and the wrong colors I was told I could not get a refund as they would only ship items under a hundred pounds and they had originally shipped it to me in two boxes 142 and the other 67 to get around that but they won't do it for their customers who they sell cheap crappy products too total rip off avoid them at all costs.
