Five Star 3 Sewn Zipper Binder Plus Removable Padded Case 850 Sheet Capacity

This binder is the best one I could find anywhere. Most of the binders now are so cheaply made they fall apart. I know these binders are good… I have three others the same that we've been actively using for at least two years for technical drawings and project plans. They're worth the money and have held up well with very nice features that we find useful.

Instead of getting your kid a 3” ring binder that's basic, get them one with a little more personality. Along with that give them some options- my daughter loves the ability to carry hers like an important techie. It's sturdy with a front pocket and came with a nice spacious pencil and tool pouch. Wish I had this when I was in middle school!!

It seemed this was the best made zipper binder on the market. It is indeed roomy and well made, except for the tiny computer pouch which does not fit a Chromebook as advertised.

Purchase as your own risk. Reported defect via contact/claim instructions, including photos of damage, within the warranty period. CSR emailed response, "Hello I do apologize but we are out of stock of this binder. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you." There was ZERO attempt to resolve or make whole per the warranty! The CSR response has also proven false/inaccurate as the same binder was found in stock and readily available to ship on the Five Star website.

We purchased the binder at the beginning of the school year. The zipper broke within 7 months. I requested a replacement under the guarantee. In a few days, it will be one month since the request and the replacement has still not shipped. The customer care rep has been as helpful as she can be, but the fact that the inventory is so low that Five Star cannot fulfill their promise within a reasonable amount of time (resulting in us having to purchase a new one in the meantime) is pretty shady.
