I received a used product wrapped in the original enveloped in which it had been shipped to someone else. The length of the pole is NOT 20” either.

Save your money! Shame on Walmart!
This arrived with NO instructions. Walmart customer service was less than helpful. Walmart gave me 2 options - start a return for refund or replacement. Or wait 48 hours to see if the back office can provide me with the instructions. If after 48 hours and no communication from Walmart, call back. Seriously?!
