It has a pouch for your supplies and comes with a carrying strap if it gets too heavy for your hands. It's a little bully but it's meant to hold several items.

I loved the exterior binder color first, but when I opened it, it was sooo nice. The expanding file on the side is great along with the exterior pocket and pencil pouch on the inside. All of your stuff stays put since you can zip it up when all items are placed inside. It's a five star product so it's going to hold its value for many years. It has a very sturdy and durable feeling upon examining it.
