Five Star Stay-Put Plastic and Prong Folder, Sedona Orange (340300H-WMT22)

Five Star has always been more pricey than other office/school supplies on the shelf. Save yourself the aggravation in the middle/end of the school year by buying Five Star products. I had previously stuck to purchasing less expensive products. However, I have found when I've done this, it's the middle or end of the year and I'm scrambling to find a replacement folder with pockets and prongs in a color that every store no longer carries until Back to School! :) My tip is to spend the extra money and don't worry about replacements for the rest of the school year!

If superheroes had a sidekick in the stationery world, it would be this folder. My papers walk in flapping around like chaotic pigeons, and somehow this red plastic fortress turns them into a well-behaved filing cabinet army. Those stay-put tabs? They hold tighter than my grandma when she hears I haven't eaten lunch yet. The prongs? They're like little metal bouncers at a VIP club, making sure no rogue worksheet dares escape. I've dropped it, shoved it in my bag, even accidentally sat on it and still, my homework emerges crisp, safe, and ready to impress my teacher (who may or may not still think I'm organized). Honestly, I trust this folder with my schoolwork more than I trust myself with remembering my locker combination. The best to get for elementary kids! It's resilient to tears! Used other brands and didn't work for an entire school year. Spend a lil more it's a great investment!.

This folder does NOT have brads in it. It has holes to put the folder inside a big three ring binder. It's a sturdy, attractive folder, but if you need brads, you're out of luck with this one. The description online is very misleading in they respect, so that's frustrating. But if you don't mind the holes, it's a sturdy, attractive folder with pockets otherwise.

It feels like it's made well. Wish there were color options.
