We like it but somehow I got two. I've been trying to return one that I have an open. I will see one on Monday. I received one on Tuesday. I'm waiting for the manufacturer to text me. They told me within 48 hours. I haven't heard nothing yet. I need help with that. Please contact me or I was going to return it back to the store.

Not convenient
Wish I had just spent money to have a bidet installed because using this sitz bath is really messy. I know they don't do the same thing, but I guess I don't care for the whole sitz bath concept. Filling and then emptying seems to get water everywhere. Plus, my whole backside is wet. I'm also not crazy about cleaning the unit and storing it in a sanitary way. Don't use it without a towels, cleaning cloths, and a clean up plan!
