If you are tired of not being able to eat all food because you wear demtures. Using Fixodent. you don't have to worry about avoid food again. I probably shouldn't have taken this Challenge,for the simple fact,that my Husband and I have used Fixodent for 35 years.Fixodent,does what it says,it holds all day and well,into the Night.One time,we tried something else,it was horrible,went to the store,that night and bought Fixodent.We will never,use anything except Fixodent.Thanks P&G,for a quality product.We will continue to be life-long,Fixodent Users. I hadn't used Fixodent for quite some years because it didn't hold very well. Tried it again and it held better than it used to. Have to make sure you wet your denture and then wet the Fixodent after you put it on to put in your mouth or it will dry to fast to hold very well. Over all it's a lot better than it used to be. I will be using it again for the extra hold it makes. Does a great job of keeping food particles out. Especially like pepper granules and seeds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have worn full dentures for over 20 years now and tried quite a few different adhesives. Usually go with store or generic brands for most things except for Fixodent Original. I don't use any adhesive on the top plate but have always needed one for my lowers. Fixodent keeps them very secure and I can eat almost anything I want. It also lasts all day, so I remove the lowers before bed and soak overnight, in the morning brush, put some Fixodent on and am good the whole day! Best brand out there! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently use a popular oral rinse and it always leaves a harsh burning sensation in my mouth after rinsing. However since I know its good for my teeth, I continue to use it. Once I used the Fixodent Oral Rinse, the first difference I noticed was that it wasn't as harsh or didn't leave so much a burning feeling in the mouth. I also noticed that my swollen gums were not as swollen. Now I am not sure if that is due to the different food I ate or thanks to this rinse, but I'll continue to use this over my current rinse.

The taste is minty and it does give my mouth a bit of a tingle, but it's not a horrible burn like I've experienced from others. Great for a fresh feeling mouth!

Maybe it's just me but I have yet to find a denture cream that I like or that works. I truly went into this with an open mind. I have upper and lower dentures. The upper never needs an adhesive. The lower stayed in place for one hour. I ate a peach and they came loose again as always. :( [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
