EXCELLNT hold for upper Dentures
I would recommend this product to anyone, I have used it for 5 year's .. I use it on my upper dentures and they hold WELLl! I don't care for the pastes they leave a taste in the mouth, the powder DOES NOT.

False teeth glue
I have used the tubes of glue for years and all it does is melt in my mouth so I tried the powder and I'm so happy with it. I will never go back to the glue tubes . I love the powder . It stays much longer then the glue stuff in the tubes.

I've been wearing dentures for over 25 year's. I've tried every kind of adhesive on the market. Fixodent extra hold powder is the best yet for my needs. I would recommend it yo others.

Slimy
It does hold pretty much. It's when you take them out the powder has turned to slime. The slime is hard to get it off your gums and tastes bad. I gag easily and it's not a good thing to have to get rid of that slime usually in a public bathroom
